Mini cubes?

Hey all,

what are the best mini 3x3s? im looking for something that i can lube up and almost speed cube with but also that i can carry in my pocket without it bulging out.

I have a mini alpha, and I like it, a lot. I used to carry it around in my pocket a lot as well, and it's certainly a good cube, definitely 'speedsolveable.' The only real complaint I have about it is how the edge stickers are larger than the corner stickers...

ya maru keychain and theres a lot of different mini alphas....? i'm getting a mini diansheng because it's cheap and doesn't matter if something happens to it

The mini Alpha and mini DianSheng are pretty sweet. Get one of those if you can. The slightly adapted/modified mech on the Alpha mini is simply adorable though, and it's a pleasure to play with

Although I don't own one, I heard that the Type-C keychain is pretty good. Can anybody confirm that?

Ok I'm sorry for the kind of thread jack, but this fit's here and I too am in need of a mini 3x3 or two. Here's the deal. I have my ears stretched up to 1 1/8" (28.5mm) and I really want to find 2 mini rubik's cubes that I can wear in my ears. The mini Maru is about 4mm's too big, which if you have your ears stretched and practice proper size management you know is way too big. I'm not too concerned about brand or quality, as I'm willing to mod it so that it stays together well if need be. I really just need to be certain of size so that I know the ones I get are going to fit. There'd bound to be one's out there somewhere.

+1 for the 47 mm Mini type A.

I find it very speedsolvable. It turns very fine straight out of the box with a nice clicky feel.

ok....? rubik's keychain? (don't own mini maru so i'm not sure) or you could just paint one?
