I was thinking
3.50? What do you think I AM rich? Thats almost as much as... well as Maru lube... Owait.

For the price and amount of maru lube I MIGHT get some, maybe, sometimes.

lol. a bottle of maru lube MIGHT last a month in my house. HelpLube, probably like a year, depending on how many new cubes i get. I hate to seem cocky, but obviously HelpLube is a better investment.....

My first bottle ran out after 3 months + I think. :p
My second bottle is almost full, and I first used it about a month or 2 ago.

Actually, I used this:

GOD, why does people always get the wrong impression about Maru lube because they don't use it properly?

Maru lube lasts relatively short, yes, but not as short as most have reported. The reason why people think it drys out ridiculously fast is because they uses the cube non-stop right after lubing (I don't blame them, because the cube feels really nice immediately after lubing). But you're supposed to wait for it to DRY, and the lubricant leaves a layer of silicone residue on the surface that lubricates the cube.
Now, if you continue using the cube without waiting for the lube to dry, the lubricant mixes with the worn-off plastic dusts and creates an undesirable residue that causes a lot of friction when the lubricant drys fully, forcing you to re-lubricate the cube. This is why people thinks Maru lube drys out quickly, because the way they use it renders the lubrication useless when the lube drys completely, which is not how it should've been used.

I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect or something, but it seems to work.

Yes, well calling it what YOU want is not correct. Please inform me on how this this is a flame war.
BTW, it's differential oil.

Not between 2 people here; it's between several. No personal attacks, but it is straying from the subject of the thread, thus pointless and accomplishes nothing. I'll end here; I have no desire to continue this pointless conversation.

+1. I made this thread for people to ask questions and compare this lube to other lubes, not to have a flame war (or irrelevant discussion, whatever) about lubix and shock oil. Also, nobody here on this thread has purchased the lube, so they shouldnt be comparing it.

The defining part of a flame war is personal attacks, of which this thread has none. I still don't see how this is straying from the topic either, since everyone is still talking about high viscosity silicone.
