Hi guys. Looking at restickering my black guhong and wanted some opinions. I have a white guhong with half bright, and another black guhong with regular cubesmith stickers.

My question is: should I put half bright on my new black cube? Does anyone have two black cubes with both sets that can give me their opinion? I'm kind of leaning towards half bright to see if that helps me with my recognition, but I guess I wanted to hear what others have to say first.

Now my guhong came with silver screws. I have black screws that came with a previous diy I purchased. Any big difference between the two performance-wise?

Thanks in advance.

No need to post the same question twice. 1QAT...

To which question are you referring? A few weeks ago I had asked a question about stickers for a dayan + mf8 4x4. That question mostly revolved around my concern for the sticker size more than anything else.

Edit: I understand what you mean now. Just noticed the other question in the forum. Posted from my phone and I guess it must have glitched because it didn't seem to post for me the first time I tried.

I cant seem to find a difference betweem black and silver screws.

I just did a comparison and the silver ones are actually longer. So I guess that would give you more flexibility when setting tensions.

Why would you change original screws?
Also, how do we know, what screws from which diy you got?

I'm not planning on changing them, rather I was wondering if there was a big difference in them. The black screws were an extra set I got with my black diy guhong, while the silver ones came with a black lubix guhong. The only difference I can discern, other than the color, is that the silver ones are longer and have a longer threaded neck.

If I remember correctly, when the guhongs were introduced into the market, one of the noticeable attributes about them were the black screws. Donovan has done a great job in perfecting his work and I don't want to change anything.
