A question od making Cross

hello, This is my first post.
Now,my average is about 23sec.(My aim now is AVG19-20)
I want to ask how can I finish the cross with about 2 sec?
Now I can finish it in 3-5 sec only...
Any method to improve?
I usually use F-cross and I want to change it to D-cross..
Any video?

i do cross on top, but i do the last part of cross like l2 instead of R2 x2 that is just little tip.
i avg on cross 3 sec

Also, if you want to change your cross to making it on the down face, just practice with it, experiment with some new things, and eventually you will get fast with it. There isn't really any "method" just look for and find your own tricks to do it.

You are very good already. I do cross on D, but hold it more like its F sometimes. I see no need to switch. Just practice.
