He's pairing up a corner and a edge, then insert the pair.
sounds like f2l to me.

yup that`s the basic , but F2L is to pair the the edge and the conner then put it in the right position at the same time , you know that

Well like chikato_tan & I said, Fingertricks, look ahead and a new cube

1-get a new cube so that you can use finger tricks
2-learn 2look OLL/PLL
3-learn full PLL
4-practice alot

Definitely a new cube first (either an F-II, GuHong or maybe an A5, I would strongly advise a GuHong, best cube on the market now). After that fingertricks will come pretty naturally, just focus on using then a little.

Learn fingertricks like everyone is saying. Work on F2L definitely. Once again, like everyone is suggesting, get a better cube. I advice the Guhong too.

You might want to get a new cube. You don't need one to be faster, but that cube looks really uncomfortable. Also, try to learn some finger-tricks and keep it up.

You still need to work on your fingertricks, you're gripping too much in the F2L. Watch videos of faster cubers to see how they move when the solve.
