If you ordered it yesterday or something, then you won't be able to check it immediately.

I ordered yesterday, and I'm well aware that they take 1-5 days to collect your order prior to packing/delivery. But with the website down, I'm stuck with a paypal transaction receipt and nothing more...
The question I want answer to is: does this happen often? Their website going offline because of internal server errors (as the website tells me)?
