A piece pops out onto the floor...

So, a piece pops out onto the floor, and when you pick it up, its covered in dirt, dust, hair, or other icky stuff. What do you do?

I would blow it off, wipe it on my pants, and then, if it's still dirty, go wash it off.

I voted for cleaning the whole piece meticulously even though blowing it off usually does the job. If it doesn't then I clean it to perfection. I'm really OCD when it comes to cleaning my cubes.

just wipe it, usually on my t-shirt... it's a cube, I have to solve it, not to eat it! It doesn't have to be perfectly clean, just not very dirty, IMHO

Blow it off. Or else you'll wipe the lube on your pants or wash it off.

Sometimes dirt may not blow off, you can always lube it a tiny bit more.

Make sure you blow safely though, you don't want any of the dirt or lube to get into your mouth

Yeah, I think we should all rent out sterilized clean rooms where they usually build computer chips. That should do the trick. -_- Seriously guys, unless your place gets vacuumed twice a week, there is going to be dust and hair all over your popped cubie, especially if you use grease (like me).

I usually blow it off then clean the whole cube later. I mainly cube at school so cleaning the piece is not really an option.

I somehow manage to get hair stuck in my center piece, which is a pain to get out, hasn't happened since I cut my hair though.
