Ive learned all 57 algs of full OLL,but i want to learn something which influences the last layer after F2L is finished.Im also kind of uncomfortable with some OLLs.

Is Vhf2l is worth learning at this stage if i want to improve my times?

You probably should have learned it before full OLL, since the whole purpose of VHF2L is to get all edges oriented for OLL making it so you only have to do the 7 OCLL cases. You should probably stick with just learning to recognize the 57 cases though and get faster recognition and execution, since you've already taken the time to learn them.

Well, there are some obvious/intuitive VHF2L cases that could help speed, but you'd probably see more benefit from using some sort of F2LL method like WV. You can use WV even without all the edges being oriented, and still have a rather easy OLL, except for the case where you have no edges oriented and all corners oriented. You could also toy with CLL/ELL for the last layer method. Honestly though until you are comfortable (recognition and execution) with what you are currently doing, you should probably stick with what you are doing, if you want to get faster. And back to the age old saying: the only way to really drop your time significantly is by dropping that F2L time.

But I read somewhere that WV is for petrus users,is it?

It is not limited to petrus users, or fridrich/CFOP users, no. The point of WV is to orient your LL corners while placing your last F2L slot. This just happens to be a similar step in the petrus method when making the final bit of the block which would end up being the F2L. Petrus does block building to make the F2L, obviously you know how CFOP makes CE pairs.

Most of VHF2L can be done intuitivly, just try FR'F'R , R'FRF' , RUR' ... and watch how they influence EO.

OLL without oriented edges and/or corners are longer in general , so I would try to avoid both cases but with out learning tons of algs, and without wasting many moves.

That's weird. I'm at about 40-45 algorithms and I can't wait to get them all down pat. I can't believe how easy they are and some of them are faster than when all the edges are oriented. I couldn't see myself going back to 2-look. There were about 7 algorithms I didn't really care for and I went through the wiki and ended up changing 5 of them from Badmephisto's guide.

and some of them are faster than when all the edges are oriented.

But has any of them no oriented edges or corners, or (more interessting part of the question) are you able to influence your OLL case during last slot to get such an fast case ?

Learn whatever you feel like whenever you feel like it. Seriously. For a time, I knew more COLL's than OLL's, and I still don't know all of OLL. If you want to learn something, learn it. Learning it can't hurt you. It will either benefit you, or you'll change your mind and stop using it.

^ Time is precious. It is never a good idea to learn alg sets without properly researching and planning simply because there is a possibility that in the future you may forsake it altogether; an example is Cross on U - even more painful is switching from F2L on U. Plan out everything and be as choosy as possible.
And no, I don't think VH is any good unless it is treated as merely the first step to full ZBF2L.
