Knuckle Pain?

Recently I've been cubing a lot more because I've learned F2L and 2-look OLL & PLL, Today I have been cubing all day, and now when I try to do solves my middle knuckle hurts on my right hand. Could this be because I'm learning new algorithms, or I'm speeding up or something else. This pain has been going on for about 4 hours now. Basically I want your advice on this if something similar has happened to you.

I think he means that he feels the knuckle pain on his OH hand, so he would have to use his other hand for OH. Silly.

If it helps, take the peptobismol, like the whole bottle, feel a bit high, crack your knuckles until they're big and bumpy and then start eating bananas.

They're high in potassium.
 
Guys I don't know how to do Oh, I'm like the noobiest noob on this forum. but anyway what do you guys do when you can't cube (for whatever reason) because now im bored...

I like to autotune myself.
 
do some of your other hobbies maybe?, i usually draw or training my shuffle/jumpstyle (i suck btw) when im not in the mood for cubing

o topic: do something new or find something that only involves one hand is fun!!what i do when 1 arm is hurt in ane way is see how many hours/days i can go wituout using it at all lol my best is days and a few hours lol

yea pretty much, take a break.
you can harm yourself, and your nerves.

just a few months ago, I started to have burning pain in my hands when I cubed, so i decided to take a break for about two weeks. (I'm over exaggerating, I didn't need to take such a long break)When I went back to cubing, it was better!
