As you might have guessed, I'm new to posting on this forum. I just wanted to say hi, and tell you a bit about myself. I'm Jameson O'Connor, a 21 year old speedcuber. I've been cubing for 8 years. I currently use Fridrich, and know all OLLs and PLLs (experimenting with COLLs). My current average of 12 is about 19-21 seconds. I don't practice BLD much, and I average around 8 minutes. On 4x4 and 5x5 I average 1:35 and 2:35 respectively.

My next goal is to break that sub-20 barrier consistently. I've been to 5 competitions, including Nationals '09. I'm registered for Vancouver Open 2010, and will attend Nationals this year if I can find the money. I make YouTube videos (RubiksGuy) and also collect puzzles. I have a bunch of upcoming review videos.

I’ve been lurking around the forums since July 2009 and have decided to be more active in the community. Is there anything I should know in order to fit in here?

P.S. I'm always up for a Halo 3 game or a quick chat on Skype.

Welcome :)

If you've been lurking since July 2009, then you should know how to fit in already.

Use search function, One answer question thread, don't make useless threads, BLAH BLAH BLAH. x)

Hey, man. Figured you were already on here. I don't even go to Twistypuzzles.com anymore (there seems to be more focus on puzzle building and collecting).

Guess the standard rules apply. Mind your manners, use the search function, and don't do stupid-ass stuff.

 i cant think of a single day i have not seen one or more of these things happen.

Oh, wait, he has to do the opposite of what I suggested in order to fit in? Damn, that means I don't fit in. It's backwards day. CRAZY!
