I learned all the other perms but specifically for the R and G perms i can't find any algs that fit me and are easy to remember. Does anyone have any recommended algs? I've looked through many sites including Lance's,Badmephisto's Weston's, Jason's and the speedsolving wiki and some more but none of them seem to fit me or i can;t remember well

I use this recogniztion and algorithms for the G-perm.

It is a very easy way to recognie and preform the algorithms and I would really recommend them.
They are really only 2-gen algorithms (only consisting of R and U's) which make sthem extremely fast to execute and since they are all only mirrored and reversed they are quite easy to memorize.
I would really not recommend any other algorithms for the G-permutations.

The first G-Perm alg on Jessica Fridrich's site is super easy to remember, but I can't say it flows well: L U' R U2 L' U R' y' {L' R'} U2 {L R} (The other three are the inverse, mirror, and inversed-mirror.)

I also use the BadM R perms and i think the flow quite nicely once you figure out how fingertrick it.

Rb: [R' U2' R U2'] [R' F] [R U R' U'] [R' F'] R2 U'

for [R' U2' R U2'] I do the first U2 with my right index and middle finger
the 2nd U2 I use my left hand so I can properly position my right hand for the [R' F] [R U R' U'] during the lefthanded U2 flick.
You could also do both U2's with left so you can actually position your right hand correct from the start.
Play a little with it to feel what works best for you

For the G perms I suggest to check the wiki and just try all of them to check again what feels right to you.

(Headlights in front)
Ra: [L U2 L' U2] [L F'] [L' U' L U] [L F] L2' U
and the mirror
Rb: [R' U2' R U2'] [R' F] [R U R' U'] [R' F'] R2 U'

By the way, these algs mirror very well in the other direction. For example, I can't do the two finger U2 trick while also holding the cube in my right hand, so I do Ra as R U2' R' U2' R B' R' U' R U R B R2' (U) (with headlights on B).

Does anyone use this one for Ra (headlights toward back)?

(R U2 R) D (R' U R) D' (R' U') (R' U) (R U R' U)

It took me no time to learn the Rb from this thread (R' U2 R' D' R U' R' D R U R U' R' U' R). But I just can't get good rhythm/finger-tricks for any of the Ra Perms. The above is the easiest one for me so far. (I really don't like the ones with Bs, but I may need to revisit those....)

R-perms got easier for me when I actually figured out what happened during the algorithm instead of just blindly solving.

Keep an eye on the F2L-pair you raise at the very beginning; First you bring it 180 degrees to the other side, then back, then you break it, then you do a setup move, join it back together and bring it back to place.

Headlights to the left and R U' R' U' R U R D R' U' R D' R' U2 R' U'

Much better IMO.

I put the awkward feeling parts in []

1.(Headlights toward back R U2 R D R' U R D' [R' U'] R' U [R U] R' U) seems easier to remember then
2.(Headlights to the left R U' [R' U'] [R U] R D [R' U'] R D' R' U2 [R' U'])

Also 2.(Headlights to the left R U' [R' U'] [R U] R D [R' U'] R D' R' U2 [R' U']) doesn't seem very finger trick friendly. The R U and R' U' combo always feel to cut the flow a bit. At my speed it doesn't really matter but it seems at high speeds it wouldn't flow nice.

Someone fast should post a video of them doing this. I am interested if they can get it flowing nicely.
