I found a solution with a PLL skip, but I don't think it's the same as his.

When he said that he supposedly got the same solution on his first try, I immediately thought to myself, "Wow, Ben is either a big liar or he really sucks at solving the first two layers." So, when I started typing out my reply above, I was thinking about the "first two layers" instead of "ef too el".

nubs.

Thank you so much Olivér Perge! The scramble works!

Your welcome. It wasn't hard to get it. I think you should edit the scramble to the video description and into the first post here, so everyone can try it. Indeed easy. :P
Apparently Ben is an F2L noob.
And apparently Anthony is a grammar noob. ;)
I think if you use this and say "first two layer", it's ok. But I'm an english noob in general so why am I interrupting anyway? :)

I lol'd :p

True.

Why do people believe blakes time, but not mine? I average about 5 seconds less than he does....

Well, that's because those last two F2L pairs were noobish. It makes sense for him to do that, but not you because you apparently "average about 5 seconds less than he does", which makes it look like you just learnt his solution and executed it pretty quickly.
