Hi, I’m Mimi, and I’m a girl Cuber from Illinois, I learned how to solve a Rubik’s cube two years ago but I’ve only been seriously speed cubing for the last six months, and I’ve been lurking in this forum for about that long so I’m not a complete newb.
I average about 31.xx seconds on the 3x3 and 8.xx seconds on the 2x2, and I also learned 2x2 bld last Tuesday. I own a lot of puzzles (from 2x2 to 7x7 and magic, sq-1, pyraminx, and megaminx, and more).
I hope I can be an asset to this community.
Mimi. :)

Mimi....you sound about my skill level....although i don't have a 2x2 yet xP
I avg in the 30xx range.....trying to get consistent sub 30s....

makin this journey together I guess xD

I been cubing for 4 months and have 29sec avg..did beginners method for 1 month..got 1 minute times on that..then i learned fridrich in 2 months..and been practicing for 1 month..2 years? iexpect to get a world record by then ;p

Welcome! :3
It took you 6 serious months to get almost sub 30.
It took me 2 years.
I fail...

Hmm. Funny. It only took me around 4 months. 6 months is still good in my book.

Welcome to the forums! You are not officially at the point where your times will fall veeeeeeeeeerryy slowly. Good luck!

well hello, and welcome to the forum. I am basically in your same position as i learned how to solve the rubik's cube 2 years ago, and just recently joined the forum this weekend.
