Should I learn COLL for OH?

I have never learned COLL for 2 hands since my EPLL is not fast.

However with OH, I think the benefits of COLL may be greater because:

1. some non-EPLLs are very slow increasing the time delta between EPLL and non-EPLL executions.

2. turning speed is slower giving more time to recognise the COLL.

Anyone learn COLL just for OH?

Ok I am going to learn COLL for the 1st time! What is a good place to learn and to see definition (I don't know which is Pi)? I was going to go to Dan Harris' site.

How is your EPLL slow?? the RU U perms can EASILY be sub 2'd, and can be sub 1'd with only pretty fast turning speed. H should be sub 2 easily and Z aswell. What algs do you use for EPLLs?

well i know a bunch of COLLs but i dont use them often. e.g. when i see a sune i immediately execute it because its just too slow to look which case it is. when you search COLLs for OH you should go to loftys site i think.

For 2-hand, I am thinking like EPLL 1.5-3 sec vs worst case PLL say 4-5 sec is not enough benefit considering the extra recognition for COLL.

For OH, other slow PLLs might be like up to 10 sec so it is more worth it.

I am thinking not to learn COLLs for Sune, Anti-sune and Pi like Weston said since those are smooth and instinctive it's hard to resist not slowing down to do the COLLs for those.

These are OH COLL algs I once collected. I tryed my best to optimize them, and generated some by explorers. Maybe useful if you decided to learn COLLs.
However I don't think they're necessary, it is often slower to do COLL+EPLL than OLL+PLL. Definitely in some cases they are faster, but not a lot, and recognitions are not as easy as OLLs.
Edge control takes time too, so just use them whenever edges are naturally oriented when F2Ls are done.

About S/As, I always do OLL+PLL.
