Hello, anybody who looks here. My name is Aaron. I just joined here because it seems like a really helpful place for cubing....
Just one thing.
I'm not really much of a speedcuber. I'm not fast.
For my 3x3, my avg is like the 50s range. And besides that, lets not talk about my other cubes! I would be too embarased to really say anything about them... I have a 2x2 Rubiks, 2x3x3 QJ, 3x3 GH, 3x3 Rubik's, and a 4x4 QJ. I also have a magic, but there isn't much skill there lol.

Anyway... ask anything else you wanna know! I'm willing to answer almost anything.

Dan Brown's, with a little variations of my own here and there. But not much lol. I even solve the cross on top and everything. I'm such a failure lol. *facepalms*

Welcome =D umm how long have you been cubing? 50 seconds isn't that bad, i was stuck at a minute for two months..

And I suggest you start using F2L, it's much more efficient and can be done intuitively.

To answer most of the questions:
I'm 16, and i've been cubing since i believe March 18, 2010. Thats when i first bought my rubiks cube. I memorized Dan Brown's method in about two days. I think i got my first sub 2 minute time in a bout a week. I'm still working to get under a minute tho, but the 50's don't really count for me lol.

EDIT:And i think i bought my first speedcube a couple weeks after that. Although, I've worn in my rubiks cube A LOT, my Rubik's brand is alost equal to my Ghost Hand.

Also, the cubing lingo you all are using is confusing me, as i have no clue what it means lol. I'm trying to explaore new methods, but its hard for me too memorize a few ways for the same thing. I think i have a low memory capacity lol.

Annnnnd Hi PD. XD And i'll look at that guide too.

Well my best is 46 seconds, but idk what kinda crazy stuff i was doing. Maybe i was in the zone or something, but i cant seem to do it again...

Well i did get it on my Ghost hand, but my times are really close with either cube. Thats why i'm sort of regreting buying a speedcube lol

Because my times are so close! They both cut corners very well, don't lock up often, move great; the only thing i dont like is that my Ghost hand stickers suck. THey feel awful, and orange and red look the same. Very Confusing!

Learn a different method for last layer (orientation and then permutation, most beginner's methods use this) first, then once that's mastered you should learn intuitive F2L.

Orientation, then permutation is when you make the last side solved, then like fix the corners and stuff? I've tried that. I think its hard. Also, i hate thinking. XD
I'm really against it tho. Its just hard learning a different method.

Get an F II. You won't regret it.

An FII? ISnt that basically a Ghost hand? All bubbly and stuff?
