hello iv restarted cubing how can i get back to secondes?

hello i have restarted cubing 3x3
i used to have a 35 sec average 1year ago i used 2look oll 1look pll
.
i can rerember all 2look plls and olls
i use f2l instutive

here are my times :

cross: 6 sec
f2l:30 sec
pll-oll=20 sec

any tips ?
i dont have internet so it might take time for me to answer cos im at school

The headlights OLL can be solved with the algorithm: R2 D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R'

Edit: forgot to mention that headlights are in front for this alg

practice, and try to learn better algorightm if you are using a bad algorithm. ANd what cube are you using?

I know it's bad, but it is true that for 3x3 at least, it is difficult to get back to where you were after long periods without practice.
The Last Layer part of your solve can get faster quickly I believe it could get to sub-12 and then your cross could get a second or two faster.
The F2L, will take time, because it is the step which takes a lot of time to get faster and even though you were faster before, I guess it will still take time to get back there.
But practice is key, if your goal is just to get back to where you were, you should get there within a month with practice, but beyond that it will take longer like the rest of us.

it's not a matter of MEMORIZING oll and pll, you have to recognize it quickly and execute it quickly... also, work on f2l recognition.. are you colour neutral?

hey thanks for ur answers . sorry for the time it takes me to answer cos i use internet at school.
i use a rubik cube brand cube i cleaned it about 2 monthes back it didnt need re lubing funny enough . it runs nice and smooth but i want to get a new one anyway (diy).
COULER NEUTRAL i dont know what that means but i will guess. i solve the most easyest cross to start with no matter the couler.

yes, that is being colour neutral.

if you're colour neutral, i think that F2L recognition should be practiced the most. (i may be wrong, i have no experience with being colour neutral.)

Turn faster . Nah, you should just 'slow down and look ahead' . It bcomes better with practice.

thanks i just done 15 f2l solves and i actualy get about the same evan faster by slowing down and looking ahead.
i used to just solve one by one

yh my times are going up fast so i wil be able to get my time back down to 40 sec within a month or so. it took me about 5 months of cubring to get that ( 2 moths fridrik method (spelling??)) so it should be possible i will keep you guys up to date

You have done it before surely you can do it again. It is not logical that you cannot do what you have achieved before.
