Type C Modding

The core that came with the type C a year and a half ago is a darker yellow and is about 2.5 inches across from hole to hole.

Is this the core I need to make the hybrid?

Btw, Im ordering today. I need the confirmation fast.

idk what a Type S is, but just buy a c4y core if you don't want to buy the whole cube, though it is nice to have the c4y cube, its fun to mess with

my c4y is red-orange... not yellow at all...

The C4Y cores come at a random color. Im talking as in relation to Type A or whatever thats good for a hybrid.

2) C4Y DIY Porcelain White
3) Old Type A (II) Black
4) C4Y Screws and Springs
5) 1+ C4Y cores

Now the question is how many cores I should get.

if you really really want a good cube, go on popbuying, buy a ghost hand, and an F... then switch cubies. greatest hybrid eva? and remember, its the cuber, not the cube.

Definitely not type A.

Type A springs + Type C cubies isn't very good.

I heard the est way was to get C4Y sets and when your putting it in, put the spring in with the fat side down. I heard this was better only for the type C apparently.

^and c4y's themselves....the c4y screw has a washer built in at the head so the fat part of the screw acts as another washer

Now the question is how many cores I should get.

I just got 5. In the picture there are only 5 colours, so this gives me a chance of 1 of each colour without paying too much. Also, I only have like 5 3x3's.
