Hey there everyone, I figure this would be a pretty nice place to introduce myself (duh).

Well anyway, I starting cubing in the Spring, but then lost interest for quite awhile, but when I went to camp for a month, on a whim, I bought a Rubik's brand 3x3 because I would have a lot of free time to solve. Then, I was just under a minute, but now I'm around the 25-30 second range. I do NOT use F2L in solves, but I'm working on it. My speedcube is a Type F core with BLUE type F cubies. After 3x3, 4x4 is my favorite puzzle to solve. I use two-look OLL, and nearly know full PLL. I suck at OH, like, a lot. I can solve all puzzles 2x2-7x7. I hope I can enjoy the forums!

Also, how do you get sub 30 without F2L? What's your technique? Corners first or Key-Hole, or do you actually use *gasp* DB?

Keep in mind I use Fridrich for the last layer. My solves go: Cross, insert corners (3-turn move each), insert each edge individually, OLL, PLL. When inserting corners though, I can usually recognize pairs together. I am working on F2L, though. I'm usually around low to mid 30s. So...Corners first I guess.

wow, sub 30 average without F2L!? I think after you learn F2L, get comfortable, and practice a bit, then your PB single will become your usual average
