My non-dominant is my left, and I always use it for L, L2, and L'. I sometimes use it for D, F', U', and B.

I use my left hand(non-dominant) for all moves. So I just checked the moves that I use the most. My left hand is good at doing <L,U> algorithms. It's because my right hand is good at holding the cube in place, and is good at doing U moves (while my left hand sucks at U' if my left hand is holding the cube).

Left hand (non-dominant) for L, L', L2, B (though I can't think of an algorithm/case I use this move, perhaps occasionally in F2L), D. I used to do F' with left index too, but I've adjusted to right thumb.

I have seen someone using his right hand for all moves. Its so akward the way he does it. He doe L' with his right thumb, L with right index, U' with right thumb and everything with his right hand.

I personally use my non-dominant hand as much as possible, but I'm slower with my non- dominant.

How come you both use left hand for B? I understand B', but not B.

I use right hand for B'. :p

I use left ring finger for B. In some cases (for example R2 B R', or R B R' I might used right index),

U includes U or/and U'

I know, but I do U with my right hand and U' with my left, therefore conflict!

Does he still manage to hold the cube with his left hand in any way? This seems very odd.
