actually I told you 3 things
1)stop being lazy - this would include learning algorithms, improving look ahead, better recognition and improving turn speed.
2)eat a cookie - ...eat one...
3)practice - practice both steps 1 and 2. oh and step 3.

How can I get my turning speed faster I know how to do the other stuff. I use an edison cube which is kinda slow but I have a type f that I sometimes use with my type c but my c is mostly for OH. And for step 3. I need to practice practicing?

I was just making an average video but then i decided to but it here. I guess my cross takes around 4-5 yea i know slow. my f2l takes a total of around 15 maybe and then ll takes around 5.

anyway, these tips are coming from a roux user so they might be inaccurate.
work on cross that should take 2-3 seconds
F2L - get into the habit of smoother transitions between slots.

Haha, I just ate a cookie, I think I'll eat one every time I practice, it does help.

I agree, your cross is a little slow, and sometimes your F2L has a lot of moves. OLLs are kind of slow, and PLL recognition could be better.
For cross, you should practice solving it blindfolded two have a smooth execution, F2L I think just practicing and watching some of Badmephisto's F2L videos might help you. Last layer is just practice.
