Mcorgis!? A new youtube cuber averaging about 25 sec!

I think there's a share your youtube account gizmo in your options. Oh and a lot of people on here average sub-15 seconds so 25 seconds isn't that great.

Yeppers, this guy just summed it up pretty well.

There's a pretty big margin between 25 and sub 20.

Yeah, I still need to improve, but does anyone have some tips on how to get subscribers?

Just solving isn't going to be enough, there are 1000's of cubers like that. If you're going to go that route, you'll want to establish yourself as a legit cuber by going to a competition and have comparable times (Notice how no one accuses Erik's videos of being fake?)

anyway, you need to have some better gimmick. People already have tutorials. I would suggest racing against a monkey, if the monkey has a chance of winning every once in a while, you'll have people who check out your new videos.

Don't be another Youtube subscriber whore.. if you make good videos that people want to watch, they'll subscribe. Easy as that. Bryan's monkey idea is a good one. Especially if it's cute. People are usually suckers for cute animals.
