Hello im Tsuf, new cuber. my Single record was 64:18 :(
how i can get faster? im using a white Dian Sheng cube. when im trying to do it faster it stuck and pops up... also i tried to oil it with some things and now my fingers slip when I twist it fast. i Tried :
1. Canola oil
2. Oil oil
3. Silkolene (Something for motorcycles)
4. Turlte wax something
and more...

Do i need a better cube or something?
Im using the method that i found at the offical rubiks site.

Thanks tsuf.

Start with Fridrich's F2L, I think is what most people here will tell you. Look at the speedsolving wiki (from home page, on left) and check youtube for badmephisto's videos.

Welcome!

(dunno anything about hardware really though. I just use a C4U speedcube)

I cant understand it... can someone give me link to guide with pictures? not video please

I bet he meant seconds.

I know some people need to read, some need pictures, and some need video to learn. I know everyone is different and videos aren't your favorite. But, just try badmephisto's 2 F2L videos, watch them all the way through and pay real close attention and you may be surprised at how fundamentally "easy" it is.

As for an F2L guide with pictures.. hmm. I dunno personally of any "guides" with pictures, but there are some pages of algs if that's what you need:

http://algobase.110mb.com/f2l.html

If confused on the notation, look here.

But, if you do indeed mean minutes instead of seconds.. I'd forget about f2l and just practice practice practice like suggested until you get to 2 or 3 minutes, then move on.

(FYI: I'm pretty new myself so.. no guru here.. just about a month into it)
