Will C4Y screws fit in a PVC Megaminx?

A while back, my springs in my Megaminx started coming loose every time I made a U turn. I've tried using glue and it didn't work. So, I remember hearing that buying the type A springs and screws will fix this problem and make the minx much faster.

But I don't know where to find these screws anymore, so my question is: Will the C4Y brand screws and springs even fit in a PVC megaminx? If it helps, it's the white one from DX.

Yes, the screws from a C4Y screws are almost the same / the same as type A screws which fits in a PVC minx

oh cool. i am getting delivery of my minx from DX, is it worth swapping the screws straight away? i have spare type a screws, springs, etc.

If your talking about this cube from DX, Im pretty sure its not a C4Y. But the purple one is a C4Y

he evidently hasnt, we are talking about megaminx screw replacement, not cubes on DX

B&Q, WICKES, Homebase, all of these places have screws, take the one you want there and they will find it to you
