how about a peta-petaminx?

Definitely not. In my opinion, minxes get no harder to solve as they get bigger just like normal cubes. A 7x7 is no harder than a 5x5, it just takes longer.

After petaminx, it is examinx, then zettaminx, then yottaminx. I just thought that was kind of interesting.

I think peta-peta minx would be 10^15 * 10^15, wheras examinx would be 10^18. I'm not saying which comes next, I'm just pointing out the difference.
