How to get sub-15?

I would focus on getting your f2l consistent, and doing slow solves to get a deep understanding on how moves and solving pairs relate to other pieces. This leads to look-ahead, which will allow for more fluid f2l.
As for cross, just practice trying to plan or predict where pieces will be for your 1st pair or xcross so that you can go semi-straight into f2l.

I WANT CROSS AND F2L-RELATED ANSWERS ONLY
I average 2.6 secs for cross, 9 secs for F2L and 5.6 seconds for last layer
What should i try/focus on?
Inspection (kinda a cross + f2l tip, and kinda not lol). I'm serious, though; inspection is important at this level. Learn Cross+1 if you want, but at least be able to plan your full cross every time.

You heard him. Why do you think top cubers get rotationless F2L?
not necessary true. some methods(like ZB) do last layer EO

but purely talking about CFOP there are plenty sub 15s and sub 6s without EO, just doing oll.
you can get lucky, get EO and somehow preserve it but that doesn’t necessarily mean they use ZZ

I was joking, of course CFOP is sub-15able, I have a sub-15 official average using CFOP
