Who will be the first non-chinese person to get a Sub-4 3x3 average?

My friend's friend Caleb dela Fuente is improving like crazy. Although his pr av is 6.4 he gets like a pr av every comp. Currently, no one is realistically very close to Sub-4 that ain't Chinese. It is 100% possible that he gets a 3.93 av in mid 2028. But tymon or teodor could get it before that. Maybe he can be first North-Amercian or first Canadian??

By global, no, Tymon still globals faster than Teodor, Teodor’s ER was a fluke, it was his overall PB.

That being said, though I think Tymon is faster than Teodor for now, I think Teodor may be the first non-Chinese to get a sub-4, because Teodor is improving faster

anyway, in all seriousness, I’ll make my educated opinion on who would most likely get sub-4 3x3 average
Let’s look at the non-chinese competitors who are closest to sub-4:
Teodor (4.41)
Tymon (4.62)
Matty Hiroto Inaba (4.72)
Max Park (4.86)
Luke Garrett (4.88)

Luke, Max, and Matty haven’t really been getting sub-5s recently, so the chances they get a sub-4 average is unlikely. Matty might be the wild card who could get sub-4, but he keeps fumbling sub-5s so maybe not. Teodor and Tymon are the ones who could potentially get sub-4. Tymon is more consistent with sub-5s from what I’m seeing, while Teodor is still kinda inconsistent. But Teodor’s improvement is significantly faster than Tymon’s, so given enough time he’ll probably overtake Tymon. Teodor has also gotten more sub-4s than Tymon recently (iirc), so the chances of him getting sub-4 is more likely. So if I had to guess, Teodor would probably be the first non-chinese competitor to get sub-4 3x3 average. He’ll probably get it mid to late 2027 or early 2028.

People who I have never heard of just suddenly pop up like "Hi There" and beat the heck outta everyone.
Also people are making rapid progress. Caleb is, as well as Maru and Cuber2. Just saying people like them don't seem to plateau and just keep getting faster.

But yea it is hard to tell, there may be someone who hasn't even competed yet that'll start improving like crazy.
