I frame-counted each solve in this video, and as far as I could tell, there was no sliding. The frame on the left is the stopping frame, and the one on the right is the starting frame, going back however many frames are needed for each solve time. Hopefully, there's better-quality video, since this one isn't great for frame counting. But if someone who knows how to frame counts as well wants to double-check me, then feel free to do so.

I prefer Xuanyi Geng because He use the best Method ZB.
I know I invented CFBL and I considere this Method the level CFOP my problem Im not Advanced in F2L and finger Tricks.
The PLS Method when you solve Last Pair F2L and block 1x1x3 in the final step only 71 cases with block to solved but dont exist this Method now and for me PLS to level ZB.

this honestly scares me (scares is a strong term) because this isn't just one really good out of the blue solve, ie, Teodore Zajder, but this is consistent solves across such a long enough time span that you get an average of 3.51. you tell anyone about this any time before 2024 and they won't believe you. This sport might be approaching something bad, but also something great, i think.
