PLS best ZB less Algs

If you a Last Pair to solve and considere to solve a Edge Red-Yellow and other two angle Red-Yellow you find 432 possibily cases but If you neutrale color when exist a case for Red exist other cases for Orange, blue and green.
When maybe Is not necessary to learn 432 cases for solve Last Pair and a block 1x1x3 when maybe if you learn 108 cases.
In the next you find only 71 cases with Block 1x1x3 cases Line.
What do you think?

For Example the case you create with setup R U R' U' you can learn case for Red if you have face green front.

For Example in this setup when you see Pieces...see Pieces for Orange and you can learn to solve block Orange.
If you learn a VLS for to solve block you can learn four different cases colours.

Maybe for develop PLS maybe use algs for VLS and observes the four colours Pieces Green, Red, Blue, Orange.
But a pattern for a case Green can change colour.
The next problem for a Speedcuber to learn solve cases with block but I know these cases.

You are comparing a F2L case from PLS to all ZBLS cases, so idk whether it could be a better ZB

I dont understand when you find a Pair in Left to reduction in cases Pair in Right.
But I dont know...for me Is difficult to use this Method PLS for this because I want VLS mirror for this.

yes but the images wont show up, the link seems broken. Plus I think that set is incomplete, I found a case that doesn't seem to be documented. But I also cant tell for sure because of the lack of images lol.
