Ok, I am working on some algs with @CrossPetrus. Let's see how this goes.

Well, lets not do one look then.I’m a genius!!! I finished the custom definition for the ivy cube. I did
R: (URH-1) (U H R)
L: (ULG-1) (U L G)
F: (DLR-1) (L R D)
B: (DHG-1) (H G D)
The centers are denoted such that if you have a center on top with the point of the leaf facing you, then the top center is U, the center on the right side that’s visible is R, the right center that’s not visible is H, and the same thing for L and G. D is the center on the bottom. I’ll try to do the NS equivalent for Ivy Cube today or tomorrow if I get stuck. It’d also be helpful if someone could calculate the amount of algs I should get for the NS equivalent (btw one-look is 29,159 cases excluding pure skip).
Yeah, I was generating the NS version, and it was ~550 algs iirc, but then my phone refreshed the page and I lost everything. I’ll see if I can get the algs done without that happening. Also it’s showing skewb images with the algs of the alg but on a skewb so beware, but I don’t think I can change that, so there won’t be proper Ivy Cube images with the algs.Well, lets not do one look then.![]()
NS is where one side is solved, right? (I know nothing, lol.)Yeah, I was generating the NS version, and it was ~550 algs iirc, but then my phone refreshed the page and I lost everything. Yeah, you have one side solved and you one-look the rest (I also knew nothing until the Brandon interview with that skewb guy, lol).NS is where one side is solved, right? (I know nothing, lol.)
Oh, nice! Thanks! That isn't as advanced as the one that we are cooking up rn though. I will try that.So I don’t know if anyone thought of this they probably did but I noticed that l4e from Pyraminx works on ivy cube and I average 3 on ivy cube now

NS on skewb is like less than 150 algs iirc. How are you getting 500+ for ivy cube?I generated all of the algs. It’s 539 cases if I did it right. But I can’t get it to download… Also I was wondering if I there’s any other methods you’d like to try, like solving centers, and then corners in one alg?
Hmm, that's a lot. let's try the one that you just mentioned. Thanks!I generated all of the algs. It’s 539 cases if I did it right. But I can’t get it to download… Also I was wondering if I there’s any other methods you’d like to try, like solving centers, and then corners in one alg?
Ok, I tried it, and I really can't get it to work for me.So I don’t know if anyone thought of this they probably did but I noticed that l4e from Pyraminx works on ivy cube and I average 3 on ivy cube now

It’s not, it’s roughly 24 times smaller than this, because of rotational symmetry. You do not need to learn 29k algs for OO Ivy cube, you only need ~1.2k.(btw one-look is 29,159 cases excluding pure skip).
Oh, I realized I messed up the scramble definition for NS. Yeah, it’s definitely not 539. I’ll try again.NS on skewb is like less than 150 algs iirc. How are you getting 500+ for ivy cube?
Oh, that's good!Oh, I realized I messed up the scramble definition for NS. Yeah, it’s definitely not 539. I’ll try again.
Oh, okay. That makes sense. I never really account for rotational symmetry when using batch solver. I didn’t even define rotations for Ivy Cube (I could have you think that’d be useful). It’s not, it’s roughly 24 times smaller than this, because of rotational symmetry. You do not need to learn 29k algs for OO Ivy cube, you only need ~1.2k.
Actually, I think I did do the scramble correctly, I think the numbers might have to do with rotational symmetry. If you ignore rotational symmetry, then NS should have 450(?) cases. Also skewb has only 7 possible corner orientations for NS, while Ivy Cube should have 9. I’m not sure though.NS on skewb is like less than 150 algs iirc. How are you getting 500+ for ivy cube?
Can you do one for solving the centers and then the corners, or vice versa? These should be all of the algs for Ivy Cube NS!
I can try!Can you do one for solving the centers and then the corners, or vice versa?
