people be acting like moyu hasn’t been spamming 3x3 releases that are just WRM V11 clones with adjustable magnets

Also GAN has been working on their mid-range to budget cubes with the Swift Block Super and the GAN V100. It’s just their release rate is much lower than Moyu.
I would say GAN usually has an 80% success rate when they do make a puzzle aside from 3x3. Their 2x2, 3x3, 5x5, Skewb, and Megaminx are all used by top solvers. Their 2x2 and Skewb specifically have been used by top solvers for YEARS. A lot of top cubers still use the GAN 12 as well, although some have been switching to the GAN V100 or GAN16.
But MoYu has ALWAYS been known for their wide variety of puzzles. Like they’re making flagships for puzzles people don’t even know

That doesn’t mean those puzzles are always good though. Their Moyu Weipo (the new version i forgot the name) wasn’t as popular as most people were expecting, and they released like 3 WRM V11s disguised as “Moyu Super Weilong V2” and “Moyu Aolong something something”.
has bro not heard of the GAN V100

MoYu just knows what the majority of cubers want, while GAN knows what the majority of the top-cubers want. Also QiYi has been cooking with their big cubes from what i’ve heard.
Also this is a hot take but i think the RS3M V5 is overrated. It’s just too heavy and too slow for my preferences. It’s good for OH though, but for 2H, it’s definitely NOT better than some of GAN’s flagships, even some of moyu’s own flagships
