idk anything abt LXS, but that would probably take ALOT of algsJust an idea… but what about solving LXS and EO at the same time for APB?

There’s actually already an alg set for BR pair+EO, but there’s like way too many and it’s not necessary for the method anymore. Doing LXS+EO would just be a worst version of that because LXS is meant to be the more ergonomic part of the method, which would mean it would also be the most TPS spammable. Solving EO with that would makeJust an idea… but what about solving LXS and EO at the same time for APB?
There’s an algset of LXS, and it’s around 100+ algs iircidk anything abt LXS, but that would probably take ALOT of algs
How? X-Cross is just luck, if we were to find a step for this, it would be tough to find it.I focus primarily on xCross, cross +1 and last layer optimization, so see you guys later!
bro whatX-Cross is just luck,
yeah, true enough, so lets start our goal on making an x-cross fast and make it our first step, ok? if so, should it take 1 or 2 steps?bro what
not all xcrosses are just made from making an easy block then trying to solve cross while not trying to mess it up![]()
Wait, so top cubers are just luckier than us? I guess being slow is not my fault /sX-Cross is just luck
cross-1 is 3 edges right?we could try cross-1 with 1 f2l pair to make like an unfinished 2x2x3 block
edit: maybe add EO if not too hard too make or learn
It doesn't even have to be a step, but xCross requires you to build two 2x1 blocks, pair them and then orient the edge.yeah, true enough, so lets start our goal on making an x-cross fast and make it our first step, ok? if so, should it take 1 or 2 steps?
yes for both, in fact top speedcubers avg around 5-7.5 sec i think, u r getting confused between avg and prWait, so top cubers are just luckier than us? I guess being slow is not my fault /s
cross-1 is 3 edges right?
thats technically a stepIt doesn't even have to be a step, but xCross requires you to build two 2x1 blocks, pair them and then orient the edge.

uhhOK HERES MY PLAN:
X-Cross -1edge: this can be done intuitively
Solve 2nd pair with EO: IDK if EO is easy, but if it is, then we can do this step
Solve 3rd Pair: This has less cases than F2L, & can be done with R, U, and D moves.
WV: I thought of using full VLS, but thanks to EO, I only need one of the cases
PLL: Self explanatory, from here the cube is solved
IDC if you dont use this, i will this method until we find a metjod which is actually better than this
the front, left, and right right should be solved with the X-Cross in the Front-leftwhere is the xcross solved? The back left? Back right? Front left? Front right?
Front-right, the edges next to it are solved anywaywhere do i solve the second pair?
you would solve the last white edge, then solving the back-left pairwhere do i solve the third pair?
srry, i forgot t mention thatwait straight to WV? What happened to that one unsolved cross edge?
so the flow chart is:my bad i didnt explain it well
the front, left, and right right should be solved with the X-Cross in the Front-left
Front-right, the edges next to it are solved anyway
you would solve the last white edge, then solving the back-left pair
srry, i forgot t mention that
well the back edge is not solved in the the first step, but you got everything corectso the flow chart is:
xcross in the front left, second pair in the front right + EO, then the back left pair with the last white edge, then WV in the back right?
wait…
this sounds like freefop with EO sprinkled in
or a worse version of APB if I understand your method
APB is basically where you solve a 2x2x3 block in the back left, then you solve the back right pair, then solve EO, finishing off the 1st and 2nd layers, then doing ZBLLwell the back edge is not solved in the the first step, but you got everything corect
and i dont know APB, but i got all of this from jared's x-cross
What happened to LXSAPB is basically where you solve a 2x2x3 block in the back left, then you solve the back right pair, then solve EO, finishing off the 1st and 2nd layers, then doing ZBLL
Forgot to mention “finishing off the 1st and 2nd layers” aka inserting the last edge and the last pair at the same time was LXSWhat happened to LXS![]()
K, so now what should we do next broForgot to mention “finishing off the 1st and 2nd layers” aka inserting the last edge and the last pair at the same time was LXS
