Yeah it's 3-Color Cube (3x3), I basically just piece swapped two of my Tornado V3s and they work perfectly fine, one's red white and blue and the other one is orange yellow and green.

you should try it, just get two of the same cube and piece swap mod them so they look like that
its kinda hard to know what orientation the pieces have to be in but once you get it its not that bad

Not really, the whole point is that the cube itself only has three colors on it, not 6. Another big thing about a 3-color cube is that there are multiple ambiguous pieces, so while there are still 57 OLLs, the ambiguities make it so that there are only 7 PLLs instead of 21.
