How to improve TPS

Any tips on how to improve my tps for oll and pll? My cross plus f2l average 10s,but i took 6-7 second to do oll and pll

Obviously, because this thread hasn’t been spammed with 6 7 yet

but i took 6-7 second to do oll and pll

Still helpful for newbies ig.

Spam PLLs and do PLL time attacks or whtever they are called. Also, remeber to turn freely and accurately.
