Help Setting up a new MGC MegaMinx?

Hi Everyone. Happy holidays!

TL;DR How do I adjust the tension on a new MGC Megaminx?

I've had other MGC cubes before and they all worked great right out of the box but this megaminx that came today is just so stiff.

I'm sure I could figure it out but would be great if somebody could point me at a resource so I can be sure I do it right. I just can't see any removable caps or visible screws anywhere. Don't want to force it.

Hello! THIS IS THE VIDEO, and go to timestamp 5:45, where the unboxer opens the centercaps. The screws are inside the centers, but are a bit hidden

Wierd thing is that the white side and the other five sides in that half of the puzzle all turn freely. Maybe even 'too' freely. The opposite half of the puzzle is too stiff.

Removed the end caps and, in fact, the screws in the white half are all tighter.

Wierder is that the washer under the white side's spring is missing. Where's that gone?

Did Santa bring me somebody's reject?

YJ as a company has notoriously bad quality control. My YJ YUHU has a bent screw as well.
