You should probably make the tool panel smaller or set the "Tools panel display style" to Flat which means it has no background.

I like the background picture a lot, but you should certainly try messing around with how to make the display look more different to the default setting (as in different colours, layouts and fonts). But it's certainly a cool photo!

Maybe you should mess around with the background image opacity? Also I think that the Flat style would look good for pretty much all the panels so yeah.
Also how did you get there to be 2 functions? As in the Draw Scramble and the Time Trend??
