Bro they did not even DNF the solves during the comp they DNFed the solves 3 days after the comp, how is that even allowed?

Cause they dont DNF until they are certain the unsigned results cant be signed, and they wouldnt update them till when they are putting the results online.
Still if you knew your judge hadnt signed you couldve told a delegate or looked for the judge.
