This strat prolly got some problems tha but yk ill roll with it for nowYayayayayyaya
Im winning im farming bld tonight.
Heres my plan :
1 - Scramble
2 - Memo 1 piece
3 - Solve 1 piece BLD
4 - Do an ao5 of this
5 - Repeat but every time i add one piece, until i cant get a ao5 with no DNFs in which ill look at my problems.
Yeah don't do that strat lol, how much of 3BLD have you learnt? This strat prolly got some problems tha but yk ill roll with it for now
All, didnt like Speffz lettering scheme so i use dif one, tbh just need to work on my set ups for corners and memo itselfYeah don't do that strat lol, how much of 3BLD have you learnt?
What are you using instead of Speffz?(I would definitely recommend using Speffz). Try doing solves sighted with BLD method, solves with written memo and edge-only/corner-only solvesAll, didnt like Speffz lettering scheme so i use dif one, tbh just need to work on my set ups for corners and memo itself
Basically the same but the middle layer is misaligned by 1 anticlockwise if yk what i mean. What are you using instead of Speffz?(I would definitely recommend using Speffz). Try doing solves sighted with BLD method, solves with written memo and edge-only/corner-only solves
OK I mean that's not a huge difference but I would recommend just getting used to Speffz since it'll be easier to understand tutorialsBasically the same but the middle layer is misaligned by 1 anticlockwise if yk what i mean.
Wait theres a better way to say this.
Speffz has left side starting with E.
My one would have front side starting with E instead
Yeah im used to it decently but find it more natural in memo to have the slight diff.OK I mean that's not a huge difference but I would recommend just getting used to Speffz since it'll be easier to understand tutorials
I would recommend going with Speffz. I chose white top orange front as my orientation(idk why lol) and now I regret it, I should have chosen the standard orientation.Yeah im used to it decently but find it more natural in memo to have the slight diff.
Yeah, your right about that.I would recommend going with Speffz. I chose white top orange front as my orientation(idk why lol) and now I regret it, I should have chosen the standard orientation.
Are you struggling with tracing within memo or the actual memorisation?Update :
Rn im actually struggling at memo, to my suprise, so i havent been able to get any solves remotely close to being solved.
Here are PBs for amount of edges/corners i have successfully solved in a solve.
PB : Edges - 3 (untimed) Corners - 2 (untimed)
Na, tracing is fine, just the actual memo, how to tell if youve got parity and what to do if youve got a new cycle mainly. Are you struggling with tracing within memo or the actual memorisation?
Parity- If you have an odd number of edge/corner letters you have parityNa, tracing is fine, just the actual memo, how to tell if youve got parity and what to do if youve got a new cycle mainly.
Ok thanks !Parity- If you have an odd number of edge/corner letters you have parity
New cycles- Just pick a random target you haven't memoed yet and start a new cycle from there
YesAB CD EF GH I (odd number of letters)
NoAB CD EF GH IJ (odd number of letter pairs)
That's really close, good luck!I just did around an hour of bld practise (4 or so full attempts) and mainly failed miserably - but I got a Ja Perm away from the cube being solved on one of the attempts (ironically, I'd been flexing to my friends how I'd "made" a new Ja perm alg even though it was just swapping the letter C in edges XD). I'm getting closer by the day!
Also, @That0newe1rdo why the steak?
