How to get sub-10 on skewb?

I am hovering between 10 and 13 seconds on skewb right now, and I don't know what method to learn. I use the beginner method right now.

Learn Sarah intermediate and learn polish sledge and hedge if you don't know them, and try to get them really quick, like sub 0.4 and u perm under 1 second, also try to plan the first layer in inspection
