I'm trying to get faster at one-handed, for my competition soon in May, but I can't do M moves, only M' for some reason, but the M moves are too hard (yes I use table)
Does anyone know how to get a bit faster, maybe some tips in general and the M moves?

Edit: this is for H perm, z perm, U perms and also might switch to roux, so I just wanna be prepared

M is definitely harder than M',

one way to fingertrick is to do a push with your pinky finger on the FD sticker, but yeah it takes a lot of practice to get the ideal force and used to the turning.
Also you have to use a table to lay down the DR edge.

DR edge? why would it be the edge? shouldnt it be the corner thats laying down?

You could try looking at an algset specifically for OH solvers that doesn't include any M or S moves. Here are some algsets that Feliks' made: Cubeskills | Other Algorithms
The U Perms that are 2 gen (RU) are extremely good especially for OH and the algs are relatively easy to learn. I use these for 3x3 as well because I hate M moves. Definitely worth checking out

M move OH is not something you can do right away. You have to train the strength of your pinky. The muscles used are not often used in everyday life, so for most of us, it is too weak at first. Watch a video on a Roux OH solver explaining the fingertrick then practice a lot. Especially if you have smaller hands, it can take a while to develop.
