Magic Cube Collection new update is out with a daily Calendar Cube

I released Magic Cube Collection and it's available on the App Store and Google Play.

Also available on the web on Itch but with lesser cubes.

App features:

Right now I'm trying to promote the app more and see if people like it and are interested in it. And I'm planning to design new types of cubes and add 2 more premium packs and some free cubes. Let me also reveal themes of the planned packs: one will be mystic or arcana pack, and the second will be nature-related. Themes are almost decided but if there are some problems themes might be changed.

This is really cool, very smmoth and looks really good, but rotating the cube feels a little uncomfortable and I’m not sure why. Also, with the space pack do the designs apply to all cubes or just 3x3?

About rotating the cube — yes, sometimes I get that feedback that it's uncomfortable. I don't know how to fix current free rotation, but I get used to it. And rotating a 3D cube on a 2D screen is also a little hard. I hope that adding new ways of rotation will help it so people can choose which way is comfortable. I'm thinking of adding fixed vertical rotation (so it won't be possible to rotate freely on the vertical axis) and completely fixed rotation so that when you swipe, it will always be locked to the new rotation.

There are 8 cubes in the Space Pack. Star, Earth, and Spaceship cubes are 2x2, and all other cubes are 3x3, and there is also a 3x3 Galaxy Mirror Cube.

Magic Cube Collection v1.5 is out with Nature Cubes! It took so long but it's finally out, could release before the World Championship. I'm not going to the event but showing the cubes at the event would be really cool.

The crystal one looks like something you'd find in an RPG game. I wonder if it's possible to make IRL with LEDs and tranlucent plastic with fake rock texture.

IRL I don't know how can it be done but your idea may work. So LEDs would be inside and shine through translucent plastic? In game it was done with an emission texture and bloom post processing.

And I thought making IRL cubes from the game like diamond, rose and galaxy cubes. But it would require a lot of time and I don't have any experience to make physical cubes. So currently I'm making only virtual ones. I will try to make new and cool cubes and maybe physical ones can be made too.

Magic Cube Collection v1.7.0 is out with Lab Cubes 2. Flow 2x2, Fractured Gradient 2x2, Direction Cube, Dark Light, Checkerboard 4x4 cubes:

Direction cube is a new cube and arrows inside a cubie show where it should go. After solving it several times I think it can be beginner friendly cube.

And what do you think are virtual cubes interesting for cubers or only physical ones?

Magic Cube Collection v1.9.0 is now out with Christmas Cubes. Christmas Picture Cube is the first picture cube in the app. Christmas Tree Cube is like a normal 3x3 cube but turned out pretty interesting.

New update is coming soon with a daily Calendar Cube. Finally the app has a daily challenge. I'm also thinking about other daily cubes, for example daily specific pattern or just 4x4 calendar cube.
