This is cool, and I wonder if there's a way to make it more representative of all events? I guess Kinch ranks exist, but they don't take into account winning big events such as worlds or continential championships. I think it's pretty notable that everyone on there bar Stanley Chapel is on there, at least in part, because of 3x3. Surely there have been insane periods of domination in other events, such as Graham Siggins in multi from about 2019, Sebastian Weyer in 4x4 back in the day or similar.

I tended to heavily bias 3x3 rankings while making the sheet, it being the most popular event and all, but I tried to include people who specialized in other events (ex. Chapel). Hopefully the form responses will add some variety in terms of events!

I would say Yiheng is still the best cuber of 2024. He got 2 3x3 ASR Singles ( 3.47 and 3.38 WR3 and WR2 respectively) and Got 2 2x2 WR avgs (0.78 and 0.93) and 1 2x2 ASR avg (0.93) and a 0.55, 2 0.54s, and a 0.49 2x2 Single's. And Yiheng got a 1.16 pyra single and a 1.80 Avg, and 2 3x3 WR avgs ( 4.25 and 4.36) beating His former WR avg of 4.48 WITH A COUNTING 3.99!!!!

I do understand that Tymon has done very well this year but IN MY OPINION, Yiheng has done better

it's 3 WR averages now... (bro Yiheng is improving too fast)

ooh i like this idea (must grind to be on the list). @gsingh why isn't max park on the list for his latest Worlds win and dominating nxn?
Tymon and Yiheng have had far better years imo. Feel free to vote for Max in the poll though, if enough people vote for him I’ll change it.

Max has set 8 world records this year across four events and won two events at NAC. Yiheng set four records in two events. Tymon set none.
Like I said, the first draft of the sheet was purely my opinion. If Max gets more votes, I'll change it.
