They are tuned for 0.1 mm layers and a 0.2 mm nozzle. They might work with 0.2/0.4, but it hasn't been tested

Just checked, the MoYu RS3M 2020 needs edge magnet holders, whipped them up on CAD and just testing. Even added hidden magnets so no need to get messy glueing them in. Wil post a pic when done.

4x2 magnets for the edge pieces and a 5x2 for the core so its quite snappy, if its too much maybe a 5x1.5 could work?

why not just use the core from a qiyi m pro 3x3? I did the same thing using one from the m pro 2x2 and the weipo wrs

I share your love for Spaghetti also. I thought i was the only one.

Also, nothing better than a Frankenstein cube. Will give it a go

using the qiyi m pro 2x2 core and magnets in the corners, makes a really nice cube. I have a tutorial for making it if you look through my threads
