I honesly agree with your sentiment if I was you in your position. 2x2 is a strange event, and I would not want to do it if I had a choice just because the nobar scrambles could spell disaster for me. That’s why I like clock, and event where I don’t DNF a ton more than 2x2, and a lot more predictable

So the voting is closed, and Clock and 3x3 are tied. On a coin flip, 3x3 won. My journey ends here(and somehow I did 3x3 in every round even though the whole point was to do different events ). Whoever posts scrambles first we'll use, and all times can be posted on this thread.

Except there is another twist(not one that helps me win)! In the first average, whoever gets the slowest single is eliminated, and one more round is held to decide the final winner of Boomerang 12 2024! So when posting scrambles, only post one set and then one more can be posted for the final two.

Btw, because it's by single it sounds like I'm just trying to make it easier to win for myself, but I don't want to win my own comp, I suck at 3x3 anyway and have no chance at fastest single or average.

I might organise another in the future, or possibly forum comps with different formats(I like to organise these comps with a twist). In the meantime, anybody is welcome to take the baton or torch or cube or whatever it is I'm holding(I guess a phone) and organise another Boomerang comp!
