Improved Virtual Clock

[Davian]

For the last few weeks, Mick Boekema (@SilkCubingYT) has been making an virtual clock, this is better than the cstimer clock, because you can do x2 and z rotations, view all your ticks, edit the appearance of the clock, and alot more.

This is the simulator, https://ultragames.nl/virtual-clock/ its fully english, contact Mick if you have a suggestion by his discord.

This is a good idea, unfortunately you can't use it on mobile yet. I am planning on adding this feature soon, but I have no idea how I would make the controls work
