Hi

On 3x3 cube does anyone know if these algs are optimal or there are shorter ones.

Thanks

R L' F' L2 F R L U' R2 B2 L2 D' L2 B2 D' L2 D

and triple shuffle

U' R' F L D2 F R F' L U F2 U' R2 L2 D R2 F2 U L2

Got them off Rubik cube solver.com and grubiks.com

Cheers

Jerry

Thanks but what's r

If R is right clock and R' is anti clock

a Rubik notation website wasn't much help
Sorry I didn’t explain it. A lowercase number means that the middle layer mover in the same direction as the notated move (for example, an “r” move has both the middle layer and the right layer moving clockwise)

@Curunír or somebody else who uses 3-style what comm would you use for the second case?

For the first case I use a different alg to flip two edges that is 12 moves but involves S moves.
One of these

For the 2nd commutators with setup (12 HTM-moves):
My first idea:
L' U' F E2 F' U F E2 F' L (E is the layer between U and F, the equator)
but surely better to execute:
F' L' U M2 U' L U M2 U' F (M ist between L und R)
If you start the alg with your left index-finger on top to do the F', it seems pretty "finger-tricking".

The first and last move is the setup and the undo-setup. Then the three edges are solved with an commutator.
Maybe you can do this in a similar way even better executable, but for a start ...
