Just came up on WCA Live, it's a tied WR at French Champs between Phillip and Sebastian Weyer- even closer to when they were 1 millisecond apart at Red Bull. There is no video yet, but they posted a reconstruction below and they both used the same solution. The official scramble isn't out yet but you can undo the recon. It's cool to see the Weyer brothers still active, and the first sub-3!!!
