Yesterday, Max Park placed 6th in the 3x3x3 Cube finals at DFW Megacomp.
It occured to me I couldn't recall the last time Max Park failed to Podium in 3x3 finals, so I went digging.
Turns out the last time Max Park failed to place in top 3 of a finals was nearly 5 years ago at the WCA Worlds 2019, when he placed fourth to Sebastian Weyer by 0.02 seconds.
The date of Megacomp Finals was 3/17/24 and the date of Worlds Finals was 7/14/19.
