Because clock shouldn’t be an event. It doesn’t twist in a conventional manner and doesn’t have colours. For me it’s kinda like the residue of magic but probably less extreme. And it gets on my nerves how people are maining it now.
Anyway, enough said, let me find my popcorn…

Why do you care if people main it? Simply don't solve the clock if you hate it. There's no need to diminish the success of someone else because you don't like what they like. You're fully entitled to your opinion, and I genunely don't care if someone enjoys a particular event or not--that's completely up to them. But Eddie has put years of work into attaining such times, and I can assure you as a clock main that getting to that level isn't without challenge.
And if you want colors on a clock, you could perhaps paint it green or another color of your liking.
Yes and same to you. I was asked why I reacted to the post, so giving my response was the least I could do. I’m not going to hate clock solvers or lobby against the event existing. I just wanted to state my opinion that clock should never have been an event. No offence but it’s just like having rubik’s UFO as a wca event, like why? I said it gets on my nerves, which is true, because I think it’s a shame, but there’s nothing I can/will do about that
