its called a DIY for a reason. You can adjust it the tension. That's the whole point in buying it.

No stickers? Have you tried solving it yet? Doesn't look like it.

I can get any of my cubes to pop, including my store-bought, if I just spam it with algorithms. Maybe you might want to at least try it with stickers, sounds far-fetched I know.

It sounds and looks unlubed and its pretty loose. My cube4you cube only pops around 1/20 solves. I also think your semi-inaccurate turning is partly to blame. No offence to you if that sounded abit harsh.

I have a black one and its kind of similar to that white one......But I havent lubed any of my cubes yet because I don't have anything at the moment. Going to get a silicone spray within a week or so. Hope lubing will fix everything.

Edit: For those with a lot of experience with cubes, Which method above do you think is the best for fixing the tension??? I know that there probably isnt a "best" method and that it all depends but i'm just asking for opinions.

You just need to set it to where it won't pop for you, play around with the screws on each side, as you get more comfortable loosen it a little, keep on loosening it until it turns good and make sure it's lubed. I got mine about 2 weeks ago and I just found a good tension for it, I think especially for your first DIY you need to play around and experiment A LOT before you'll find a good setting.

I lubed one of the diys and tighten it and now they turn amazing!!!!!

i reccomend the first video, but another method that i use is just not taking anything apart and just a

oops, and just adjusting the screws until its just right for you, because not everybody likes the same tension, you might have a different preferance.
