What’s the better Z-perm?

I used the first one at the very start of me knowing 2-look PLL then I saw the other and used it for most of my cubing “career” and now I’m contemplating switching again so I want to know what’s the better one, if there’s an alt alg you thinks better post it.

I do the first one but with U instead of U’s, as I do my Ms lefty.

If the UF and UR edges need to be swapped before AUF, I do: M2' U M2' U M' U2 M2' U M'
Otherwise, if the UF and UL edges need to be swapped before AUF, I do: R' U' R U' R U R U' R' U R U R2 U' R'

The first one is 13 quarter turns and the second one is 14 quarter turns

This one is good for OH, but for normal solves I prefer one with M Moves.

As the movecount for all these M-Move Variants is quite similiar, it depends mainly on fingertricks which one suits better
